ACCOMMODATION

Smoking is not allowed in any part of the House.
Pets are not allowed.

Occupancy of rooms on day of arrival starts at 4.00 pm. On day of departure the room will be vacated by 10.30 am.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 - 9.30 am.

Vegetarian guests are catered for.

ACCESS & PARKING

A flat paved area leads up to the front of the guest house where there are two steps to the ground floor area. The first floor rooms are accessed via a staircase with a handrail on one side.

Parking is free and unrestricted at the front in Marine Parade, there is also a large, free car park directly in front of the house.
